Every passage unfolds through its own combination of sound, breath, color, and quiet attention. Participants are welcome to rest, breathe, gently move, vocalize, or simply receive the music.

About Sisy
A life shaped through sound.
Sisy Jamaraam is a Honduran violist, multidisciplinary musician, sound healing facilitator, and 200-hour certified Hatha Yoga teacher.
She began playing viola at eleven and has continued expanding her musical language through live looping, voice, improvisation, and instruments from different musical traditions. Her work explores the connection between music, movement, breath, and inner awareness.
After nearly three years away from facilitating wellness experiences—and stepping into a new chapter through motherhood—Sisy created Root to Crown, bringing the seven-chakra journey into one immersive, live experience.
